Then Merchant Monitoring is for you. Merchant Monitoring is an operational team focusing on mitigating risk imposed by merchants and to minimize the financial and reputational losses for Klarna. All decisions are made by analyzing merchant behaviour in order to find anomalies which indicate suspicious activity.
Currently we are looking to strengthen our team with another star. As part of the Merchant Monitoring team you will be working as a Senior Customer Service Specialist and together with the rest of the team you will be analyzing merchant behaviour and taking necessary action.
