In the role of our backend software engineer (all genders), you will take an active role in shaping our platform, and so, take on the possibility to directly drive our environment and business. You will work in an effective and feature-based team and will be responsible for the feature development and architecting of our complex Freelancer Platform.

YOUR TASKS:
You build, release & maintain our company product - our WorkGenius platform (SPA web app).
You take ownership over implementation projects e2e (from brief ticket to production deploy) as well as over different parts of the system
You work closely with our Product team as well as other team members to achieve your/our daily goals
What we expect
YOUR PROFILE:
You are a proactive problem solver. You are willing to leave code and engineering practices in a better shape than when you first encountered them
You´ll be working in a startup environment - it is totally fine to not know everything, however an understanding of web development e2e is required.
It is important to have experiences in Python or any other dynamic(high-level) language
Experience with asynchronous paradigm is a bonus
You have a good SQL knowledge
Experience with different ORMs is a bonus
You have a good knowledge of HTTP and REST
Experience with GraphQL and/or WebSockets is a bonus
You have basic cloud-service providers knowledge - you may also have experiences in AWS, Terraform and Docker
Last but not least, you show us your basic knowledge of testing methodologies (pyramid, tdd, what to test, how to test)
