Today, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who has the ambition to own and execute our B2B Marketing strategy. Despite being a well-funded scaleup, we still enjoy having fun and being a tight-knit team. As a B2B Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conceptualize Honeypot’s B2B Marketing strategy to the level of our strong developer positioning on the B2C side
  • Develop scalable, integrated, multi-touch campaigns for new client acquisition focused on driving lead generation
  • Ideate content ideas to drive lead generation and conversion, and coordinate content creation with internal and external partners
  • Enabling the sales team by providing them with sales collaterals such as sales presentations, contract proposals, and case studies to move those leads through the sales funnel
  • Look after lifecycle management and establish a client communication strategy to manage client engagement through a newsletter and product updates
  • Implement and optimize marketing campaigns, e.g. PPC, email, social media, content, events, and website updates
  • Own and deliver the external events plan (including webinars) in cooperation with New Business Sales and Client Success
  • Create marketing materials and ensure the consistency of all messages, content, and appearance externally for uniform branding
  • Collaborate with all internal areas, including Product and Design but most importantly with New Business Sales and Client Success in our core markets (Germany, The Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland)
  • Be responsible for setting up and maintaining a marketing analytics structure to support your data-driven optimization approach

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in (B2B) Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or Marketplace context
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills; this also includes experience in reviewing performance and deriving future measures accordingly
  • Experience in project management and in working with cross-functional and intercultural teams
  • Strong communication skills; in contact with internal interfaces and external partners
  • A good eye for design and being detailed-oriented
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills; able to control several projects in parallel, meet deadlines and pay attention to details
  • Confident handling of constantly changing priorities in an environment in which there are new opportunities every day
  • German is a plus
