What you will do

Working in B2B Marketing at Klarna means using world-class marketing strategies to ensure decision-makers know and love Klarna. As a business growing at pace we are looking for a talented B2B marketing manager to drive merchant adoption in Poland. We look beyond traditional B2B tactics to surprise and delight the industry. You will use brand marketing to build awareness of Klarna for Business, through media partnerships, sponsorships, events, and multi-channel campaigns. You will drive lead gen through reports, gated content, and partner initiatives. You’ll work closely with digital marketers, content creators, and agencies to ensure Klarna for Business is top-of-mind in the industry.  The successful candidate will work closely with the regional partner success teams and other B2B Marketing teams globally.

Key responsibilities

  • Own budget, planning, and KPIs for annual marketing plans across all B2B channels
  • Ideate and execute tentpole marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and preference
  • Work with teams consisting of digital marketers, brand marketers, partner marketers, and PR professionals, directing activities that ladder up to marketing goals
  • Support in developing lead gen campaigns for all business sizes, targeting MQL goals
  • Lead briefing, development, and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Foster meaningful relationships with media partners to negotiate cost effective and impactful partnerships, inclusive of media buys, event sponsorships, content, and other creative opportunities
  • Own KPIs and performance of all initiatives and use the data to optimize future projects
  • Manage key stakeholders and report key results and learnings
  • Lead both industry and owned events, ensuring we show up in the most Klarna-like, creative way
  • Become a partner to sales, providing 5* sales enablement tools and ensuring all activities engage top prospects and support sales initiatives

You should have

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
  • A proven track record in delivering stellar marketing campaigns, experience of marketing to retailers is a plus
  • Business acumen and are used to navigating business KPIs and how to transform them into marketing initiatives and metrics
  • Experience from working with external agencies or in-house agencies to create concepts and campaigns 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and Wordpress is useful but not essential 
  • A good understanding of effective marketing channels and how they play into the marketing mix — from events and PR to paid marketing and emails
  • In-depth understanding of the Polish e-Commerce, retail, payments, banking and/or fintech market


  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Polish
