The Enterprise Professional Service Team focuses on winning and managing our solution projects at strategic enterprise clients, large global industrial companies, mainly automotive OEMs and supplier as well as manufacturing firms.
This role is ideal for generalists with technical and business background that want to take on end-to-end responsibility and help our large customers driving their digital transformation.
You will be consulting our customers on the most valuable Digital Twin solution based on our technology that meets their challenges best, you will help detailing and extending the solution.
Further, you will be the major contact during the implementation project phase and you will manage all necessary activities to successfully implement our solutions at the client.
The team consists of consultancy, project management and customer success experts that have a deep track record in software solution consultancy, managing complex global solution projects with various internal and external stakeholders
and closely working with customers to generate the maximum value with the implemented solutions.

You will work on:

  • Collaborating closely with our Account Management and Solution Factory Team to find the best solution for the enterprise client and a suitable business case for NavVis
  • Holistic project management of software solution projects (incl. 3D reality capturing on site) for our enterprise clients
  • Coordinating expectations and deliverables among internal and external stakeholders, customers and subcontractors
  • Designing, detailing and expanding the identified customer solution in collaboration with a Technical Consultant
  • Planning and managing of all internal and external processes, with our subcontractors (3D laser scanning and/or software development partners) to assure successful project implementation
  • Listening to and nurturing the enterprise customer in order to suggest new product features or solution components and ensure that feedback is highlighted with the right internal teams
  • Identifying account expansion opportunities and working closely with the responsible Account Manager to close them

You have:

  • A degree and excellent academic track record in technical or natural scientific studies – additional or combined business studies is beneficial
  • Either, at least 3+ years of hands-on project management work experience at a High Tech company, consultancy, or at a large industrial firm
  • Or alternatively work experience as (pre-sales) consultant in a B2B software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company or Start-up
  • Experience in managing implementation projects of software/SaaS products and solutions at external customers is valuable
  • Domain knowledge in the Automotive industry on production planning as well as operations processes and related challenges is a plus
  • Experience in 3D laser scanning, surveying, laser point clouds, digital twins, 2D/3D modelling is valuable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business-fluency in English and ideally in German 
  • A "client-first" mindset and drive to go the extra mile
