What You Will Do
Working as a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you are at the heart of Klarna’s success. Together with your team, you will design and implement Marketing Automation flows across multiple channels (including but not limited to email, mobile push, and in-app messaging) in our CRM system Braze, with the goal of engaging our app users at all stages of the user lifecycle, from onboarding to activation, to loyalty. You will also be challenged with optimizing flows post-launch, using engagement data and A/B testing to make our flows as impactful as possible. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience of working within CRM & Marketing Automation 
  • Experience working in a CRM / Marketing Automation tool (Braze, Marketo, etc.) and building trigger-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience leveraging A/B Multivariate testing 
  • Experience working with other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to segmentation analysis to target the right customer, at the right time, with the right message
  • Increase customer retention & reactivation 
  • Drive new customer acquisition, application download, and engagement 
  • Increase customer engagement through building out innovative automation campaigns grounded in measurement & insightful analysis. 
  • Support global rollout of existing automation flows to more geographies
