About the Role

ZAGENO’s product team is looking for a self-motivated  Product Manager - Order to Cash who will work with key stakeholders and engineering to deliver new features in our order management + fulfillment space. You’ll work hands-on to create new features that automate and scale buying and selling within our fast-growing B2B Life sciences Lab Supply marketplace. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional scrum team of product managers and engineers to bring these new features to life.
 
Specific areas of focus will include:
  • Working with internal stakeholders to design and build best in class order management capabilities across order processing, fulfillment and invoicing
  • Bringing to market B2B integration features for customers and suppliers who want to use their own ERP or procure-to-pay platform to work with Zageno
  • Monitoring the fulfillment experience to catch points of struggle and inform future feature refinement and design
  • Working with sponsored users to establish a continuous feedback loop to guide feature design and priorities 

About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior business analysis or requirements definition experience delivering software 
  • Prior agile product ownership experience a plus
  • Intellectually curious and loves to learn new things
  • Hands-on attitude and approach, pick up a pen and paper and define a new feature
  • Strong technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering and vendors in your space
