The Platform tribe’s mission is to enable the delivery of valuable experiences to our merchants. We do this by providing tools, systems and APIs that allow SumUppers to efficiently innovate, build and run our products and services at scale.
As an Agile Coach, you’ll be instrumental in helping us deliver personalised digital account management experiences and solutions at scale. This will be done by working closely with our cross-functional teams, nurturing an agile mindset in all facets of their engagements and providing guidance, particularly in complex domains. Your excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, strong communication abilities and technical knowledge will serve you well on this journey.
You will be working with people of different backgrounds, experience, skills, and needs, and you will use a flexible approach and various coaching stances as appropriate. As an integral part of the squad, you will encourage an agile mindset, help foster positive team dynamics, consult on agile tools/practices, and help facilitate events as needed.
You'll be part of the Platform DevOps team and work closely with DevOps engineers, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, helping increase the visibility of the work done across SumUp.
We strive for end-to-end ownership in our teams. You'll be working alongside the engineering teams, enabling them to succeed, helping our engineers reach their full potential and mastery of their skills, developing new competencies to advance their growth.
