Who we are looking for:
Practical experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach coaching cross-functional, international teams and supporting them in mastering autonomy and high delivery performance
Always curious about how organizations work. You want to achieve the best for the organization - not only for the teams you are responsible for.
Comfortable working with teams, individual contributors, leaders, and bigger organizational units as needed
You are very organized and don’t hesitate to kick someone’s butt, no matter what’s their title
Experience in scaling an agile Product & Tech organization, e.g. optimal team setup/team topology, adjusting & running alignment processes like OKRs, defining & evaluating team health & performance metrics, creating & running an Agile Community of Practice to promote agile ways of thinking (we want to start one).
High level of empathy, social and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and moderation skills. Your toolbox extends beyond agile typical ceremonies, e.g. agile training, hackathons, conflict resolution
Fluent in business English
Degree in Business Psychology, Computer Science, Business or similar disciplines is a plus
Coaching and agile certifications are a plus
What you will do.
You teach & coach teams in agile ways of working different areas of our Product & Tech organization (first) and beyond (second)
You promote and support the growth of agility - at the team and company level
You build and monitor agile processes of our Product & Tech teams
You organize and moderate our Retrospectives and other meetings like problem-solving sessions, conflict resolution, pre-mortems, release reviews, agile training, Agile CoP meetings … (other ceremonies depending on team maturity)
You teach & coach leadership in driving and maintaining agile values and practices across our Product & Tech organization and with stakeholders in markets (e.g. Spain, UK, Germany, France, …)
You play a role to look after the Product & Tech teams from a workload perspective and mental well-being
You aim to reduce friction, unblock impediments, and find synergy opportunities inside of a team and across teams
You contribute actively to a team-oriented culture of ownership and performance
