As a Sales Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like prospecting, creating, and developing new leads, securing deals with senior external stakeholders, while working closely with the account management & carrier teams to continually drive top-line growth for new customers. 

You’ll be collaborating closely with the team to develop sennder’s customer portfolio within the Baltic/EU/Scandinavian region. The ideal candidate is obsessed with contributing directly to the top line growth of sennder. This individual is highly entrepreneurial, motivated by building and shaping the future, and possesses proven commercial ability.  This person hustles, inspires, and enjoys creating something from nothing.

In This Position, You Will:

  • Present company‘s services to potential clients, prepare and negotiate the details of the commercial offers
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers and offer logistics solutions that best meet their needs
  • Analyze market tendencies and customer needs to identify opportunities for a future business development
  • Develop the new small/medium/enterprise level customers

About You: 

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales, within the Startup scene or in the logistics sector (minimum of 1 year active sales experience)
  • Real hunter mentality with a knowledge of convincingly addressing an audience
  • Able to work in the team and with the team;
  • Have strong negotiation skills, leading the negotiations and closing the contracts
  • Being open and love interacting with people, able to express yourself, being attentive within customers needs
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (other Baltic region languages will be considered as an advantage)
  • You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy building good relationships with both internaly and externally
