As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to accounting 

You will be collaborating closely with the Service Amministrativo Partecipate di Poste Italiane, the Head of Finance and the Operations Team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• be responsible for account payable  
• prepare the month-end closing (i.e. cost accruals, intercompany reconciliation), in close collaboration with Poste Italiane and sennder GmbH;
• assist with external audit requests / internal information requests;
• improve internal accounting processes.

PREFERABLY YOU ARE:

• an accomplished professional with 3 to 5 years experience, ideally with an auditing company;
• knowledgeable in accounting principles (IFRS);
• adaptive and a fast learner, able to quickly become familiar with internal accounting processes
• proactive and  dependable 
• structured, organized, able to prioritize, with great attention to details and accuracy ;
• able to communicate positively and effectively
• an advanced computer user of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point), ERP systems (SAP required), and databases;
• experienced with ERP systems (SAP); 
• fluent in both Italian and English.
