The Accounts Receivable Associate is here to take responsibility for the continuous improvement, management and coordination of all accounts receivable processes. The role is based in our Madrid office. 

Your challenge will be:

  • Onboarding key accounts to our processes
  • Issuing invoices
  • Securing positive cashflow
  • Improving the accounting\invoicing processes continuously
  • Supporting the team with reports and accounting

To get there you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or further training to become a financial accountant or tax assistant
  • At least one internship experience in finance in advance
  • Desirable experience with Netsuite
  • Analytical thinking and a structured work
  • General knowledge of accounting
  • Experience with Excel
  • Great Spanish and English skills
