As an Account Receivable Associate with Polish, English and French you will play a crucial role in the Finance Ops team, which keeps great attention to detail in order to meet customers needs.

In this role you will:

  • Take care of large, medium and small accounts invoicing (data analysis, customer relationship, billing, payment tracking, customer portfolio management),
  • Monitor the billing cycle (outstanding amounts to be deferred, payment forecast, billing delays),
  • Collect the cash (monitoring of bad debts accounts and doubtful clients, direct relationship with our debt collection agency, collaboration with our sales department for major accounts, assistance with accounting provisions),
  • Support financial accounting (bank reconciliation, help with the monthly closing of accounts receivable, monitoring of supplier settlements, analysis of cost centres),
  • Act as a customer service representative (dispute management, carrier and shippers payment issues, opening of new accounts, formal notice and information of any kind),
  • Bring continuous improvements to our processes.

 

To get there you will need:

  • Fluency in Polish, English and French  (minimum B2 required),
  • Billing, account receivable experience and an accounting background,
  • Autonomy but also a great team player mindset, with great interpersonal skills and  ready to coach and share your knowledge with the other members of the team,
  • Great excel skills and can build reporting tools,
  • Great analytical skills and knowledge how to find creative solutions when new problems emerge,
  • Excellent Excel skills and can build tools and reports
