About the team

As an Account Manager you will be a strong contributor to the Account Management Team and will report to the General Manager.

Your Mission

* Please note that this role requires experience in the media, advertising or programmatic industry *

  • You own an existing client portfolio all across Media Agencies, Direct Advertisers, Trading Desks and Managed DSP-Teams
  • You are responsible for maintaining and growing your stack of accounts by proactively pitching for upselling and new products in order to reach your own revenue targets
  • You work closely with the Sales team to identify new opportunities within your Agency patch
  • You ensure that all things are set up so that the customer can successfully use our solutions (e.g mapping the right DSPs, setting up measurement tracking, granting access to our tools and systems)
  • You monitor running campaigns to ensure stable delivery
  • You ensure proper forecasting and opportunity management by using Adsquare’s CRM tools
  • You are in charge of collecting all necessary information from the client in order to invoice them correctly (usage reports when needed, billing information, etc.)
  • You identify potential clients qualifying themselves for Trading Agreements or Data-as-a-Service set-ups
  • You arrange and steer QBRs with all of your key accounts
  • You support Self-Service clients via our AMP Help Center - Chat Intercom
  • You understand and adapt to Adsquare’s ongoing product and technology developments in order to meet client requests. If needed you check upon feasibility autonomously
  • You proactively involve the Sales team when clients stopped spending for a period of more than 3 months
  • You act proactively in the improvement of products / processes together with the Product Team
  • You effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and vision to partners and team members
  • You are active in the mobile and/or programmatic community to develop a network and generate leads through conferences and social events

Your Profile

  • You have 2-3 years of experience of account management, sales or business development in the data or programmatic industry, or in a media agency
  • You have an understanding of the advertising ecosystem and you know how media agencies work
  • You are willing to take on responsibility for the entire sales process in a fast growing company
  • You are proficient in building long lasting relationships with customers
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in real-time advertising, programmatic, data management and ad-tech is a plus
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
