We are homify - the platform for Home and Living! Whether the right architect or simply inspiration - we offer everything that home lovers need for planning, renovating and decorating their home. More than 100.000 architects, designers and other professionals present their work on our website and acquire new business through homify. Since 2013, we expanded to more than 35 countries worldwide and we continue growing.

All countries are managed from our headquarter in Berlin, but we brought the world into our offices and built a team of more than 100 people with more than 30 different nationalities. We are working in a demanding and fast growing environment facing new challenges every day. Because we share the same goal: we want to build the premier platform for Home and Living across the globe!

What you will be doing

  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first.
  • Guide and coach customers with proactive customer success processes.
  • Coach customers to be product specialists and train their teams on homify standards and ethos to aid their self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
  • Identify common customer challenges to suggest better solutions.
  • Adapt existing customer onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine them over time.
  • Help drive customer references & projects.
  • Strengthen existing customer relations through a goal and need oriented consultative approach.

More about you

  • You already have relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success management, account management or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience is a plus.
  • A self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Diplomacy, sensitivity and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • German as a native language and fluent in English as it is our company language.
