Our NavVis global sales team is growing and we seek an experienced Account Executive with a passion for reality capture to cover the France & Benelux markets.  With a collaborative "pod" including a Technical Account & an Inside Sales Manager, you will have a high level of ownership for your target region and will be on the front lines to bring our innovative solutions to Laser Scanning companies and Service Providers.  Globally, you'll be in a collaborative group of sales professionals expert in the needs and customer pain points of Laser Scanning companies to share best practices with.  Finally, our marketing team will support with key materials and qualified leads for your market and our Solution Factory group will work with you to understand the latest & greatest insights from Surveying & Digital Factory clients, hungry for new digital solutions.

You will work on:

  • Being the account owner responsible for managing and upselling the mapping, surveying, & laser scanning clients in the France and Benelux region
  • Leading the recruitment of new clients, with the support of our technical account management who support with pre-sales & after-sales activities, marketing, and our inside sales team
  • Having responsibility for leading these clients through our Customer Journey, where you will be able to draw on insights, material, and great ideas to deeply understand our customer needs and explain the value-add of our technology
  • Prospecting & closing deals
  • Shaping, and building-onto our use cases, in particular the usage of digital technology in the surveying, construction, & building management industries

You have:

  • Experience in B2B sales ideally from the laser scanning, surveying, construction engineering, or facility mapping industries (ideally 3+ yrs)
  • Knowledge of point clouds with a good idea of how they can represent large amounts of measurement data generated by 3D scanning devices 
  • Demonstrated an ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Proven that you can thought-partner with, coach, upskill & guide our clients
  • A curious technology-focused mindset to understand new angles and possibilities of how our customers can maximize their business success
  • Remarkable listening skills as well as fantastic presentation & communication abilities (spoken and written)
  • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis technology
  • Fluent, native-speaker-like spoken and written French and very good English skills 
  • Shown in your previous experience that you can skillfully manage your sales pipeline, produce good and reliable forecasts, and close deals with a high conversion rate
  • Willingness to travel across your region to meet customers in person from your home base in Germany
