We are looking for a skilled technical Marketeer to manage our B2B Marketing platforms, including becoming our global Marketo super admin and develop our account based marketing tech stack. You will be responsible for the platform data, integrations, development and processes. You will be part of setting guidelines and ways of working to enable teams in their work with our marketing tech stack.

In this role, you will work together with internal stakeholders to make decisions on sales and marketing processes related to B2B marketing. You will also work together with other platform owners to ensure technical set-up and data are correct. You will be part of the B2B marketing operations team and work on developing, own and manage the B2B marketing tech-stack, analysis and reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) and/or related experience as a Marketo Admin required.
  • Deep understanding of Marketo backend set-up and Marketo instance set-up on a technical level Hands-on, demonstrable experience of Martech infrastructure, especially Marketo and Salesforce (or similar CRM) and analytics packages, including e-mail & web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of how cross-platform integrations impact data flows and campaign enablement.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and webhooksAnalytical with a passion for dataExpertise/developer capabilities in dashboarding tools (such as Google Data Studio, Qlik etc.)
  • Experience of Integrations to CRM systems (Salesforce), as well as other integrations, such as webinar tools and social platforms.
  • Experienced working with customer data platforms and customer engagement & intent data is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years successful track record as a B2B marketer within the Marketing Automation spaceTeam player with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal/external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing practices, ability to identify improvement areas based on business strategyTechnically capable, able to implement & execute in Marketo with minimal external support.
  • Problem solver with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities across multiple projects/initiatives.
