The role:

As we launch our new cornerstone product Clue Birth Control in the US - the first fully digital birth control method - Clue brand is growing and the product pipeline is filling up with engaging new features. As a VP Marketing, your mission will be a perfect mix between killer creative work and enabling the Clue Marketing Team to succeed through your leadership skills.

From creating stories with the content team, razor-sharp messaging hierarchies, developing creative campaigns, and artwork with the Design, Brand, and Marketing teams; you’ll be shaping how we communicate Clue and its mission to our audience and actively growing the latter. While you continuously sharpen the Clue brand on a global scale, you will:

  • Lead the Marketing Department at Clue (Growth, Content, Press, and Brand Marketing teams)
  • Work closely and hands-on with each team's Manager with a creative and unified vision of the brand
  • Develop communication strategies and campaign ideas for all upcoming Clue features in the corresponding channel strategies
  • Ensure consistency in all brand communications materials to ensure the success in the target groups (direct to consumer and health marketing)

 

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in relevant Marketing roles within an agency or client-side
  • 2+ years of experience leading medium/big size teams (e.g. more than 5 people)
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong creative vision with a track record of creating structures that empower and enable team members
  • Hands-on mentality as well as creative problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience executing artwork production
  • Knowledge in PR, Digital Campaigns, and Performance Marketing
