  • Build-up and maintenance of close relationship with the C-Level and other stakeholders of our Private Equity Co-Investments as well as a deep understanding of their current challenges and opportunities
  • Ensuring the successful collaboration of our portfolio companies and our operational teams through excellent project and stakeholder management
  • Preparing and leading recurring Steering Committees for your portfolio companies together with our operational teams
  • Operational support in our startups and Private Equity co-investments in e.g. Operations or Business Development
  • Planning, staffing, and managing cross-functional projects
  • Acting as an operational sparring partner to one of our partners (managing directors) and our principal overseeing all Private Equity co-investments

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • High ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A top-of-class degree at a leading university
  • 2-3 years work experience in a consultancy, a start-up, private equity, or corporate environment
  • Being comfortable to lead discussions with stakeholders across all seniority levels
  • Good understanding of digital business models and operational processes
  • Experiences in change management, project and stakeholder management, taking full responsibility for your projects
  • Ideally, solid know-how about cross-functional projects (ie. data, IT, or marketing) or showing a strong interest in the latter
  • Pragmatic, yet structured and a quick learner
  • Feeling comfortable in a flexible, highly dynamic environment
  • Being an entrepreneur at heart, who loves to work in teams
  • Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.

What to expect working with us:

  • Growing in an inspiring team of bright minds
  • Have a steep learning curve, take responsibility from day one
  • Take advantage of discount opportunities from our portfolio companies
  • Stay mindful with the mental health platform Unmind (free membership)

  • Mobile work policy Germany-wide or option to work from a modern office (with rooftop terrace in the heart of Berlin)
