Global Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

We are building something unique and need a world class team! That's where you come in as a TA Partner to join our new Global Expansion Tribe, whose goal is to launch and scale new markets (LATAM, APAC, EMEA). Our team is in charge of defining strategy and delivering products and services for those targeted markets.

You'll be a key contributor to our team’s overall success. You’ll take full ownership of hiring processes and constantly contribute to our journey from good to great. You’ll be the single point of contact to your hiring managers, driving initiatives to empower top tier teams for making our vision come true.

What you will be doing

• Work closely with our global hiring team, collaborate with agencies and take ownership of the full 360° hiring cycle across multiple locations.
• Be a cultural gatekeeper for our teams - making sure that as we continue to grow, we bring in not only the best people, but people that live and breathe our values.
• Have the chance to be involved in global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, which will play a key part in shaping SumUp’s future development.

You'll be a great fit for this position if

• You love getting to know people - you’ll be the 1st point of contact for the majority of candidates and it will be up to you to understand who they are and if they’d be a good fit.
• You have relevant experience in TA or recruiting with a track record of building healthy teams.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and go out of your way to break silos at work.
• You’re resilient and adopt a positive approach to setbacks. You understand change is part of our identity as a business.
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English - you’ll be part of a truly global team
