Are you passionate about driving mutually beneficial relationships between leading professional services firms and Spryker as a product company? Since early 2021 Spryker has been building a Partner Success Management team. This function is very diverse and aims for a cooperative and consultative relationship with all solution partners, from smaller local service providers to global system integrators.

The Partner Success Manager supervises and consults the partner companies and ensures successful project implementations and customer success. The goal is a win/win/win collaboration between the customer, the partner, and Spryker.
Scalability is an important goal in this function, i.e. in addition to regular and stable contacts with our partners, we focus on creating self-service and one-to-many enablement offerings
This is not a Partner Sales / Channel Management role but focuses on the enablement and long-term success of our partners and our joint customers

Your challenges

  • The Partner Success Manager is the voice of the solution partners and channels partner feedback to relevant internal stakeholders and colleagues
  • To create self-service and enablement offerings in collaboration with other internal teams of Spryker
  • Developing staff on the partner side and being their main go-to contact in need of services and support
  • Collaborating closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales) to drive better results and internal improvements
  • Effectively communicating product evolution to our partners
  • Acting as an additional escalation channel for support inquiries in a timely and productive manner
  • This role requires mostly virtual communication to partners, but you’re up to some travel to partners sites every now and then (0-30% time)
  • Believe that customer focus should always take precedence over personal interests. Act in this way and also subscribe to the belief that long-term gain beats short-term wins

Your profile

  • You possess both a business background that enables you to engage at the CXO level of partners, as well as a delivery background that enables you to easily interact with project delivery teams and practice/unit leads
  • Ideally, you have 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or a similar field (technical account management, professional project management, IT or management consulting, technology enablement) in a SaaS company, service provider, and/or start-up (software technology, e-commerce, cloud services, etc.)
  • If you have experience working in system integrators or service providers, especially from the digital commerce space, this would be highly beneficial
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude with a "can-do" mentality and a willingness to be an advisory partner in finding solutions for their project challenges    
  • As a positive and empathic person with strong communication and motivational skills,  you build trust and excite people about Spryker. Your presentation and especially also listening skills will help you do so while being unafraid to go into detail
  • In this role, you will be asked a lot about Spryker as a product and an organization. It is not expected that you know everything yourself. Instead, in collaboration with your colleagues, you will find answers and transform them into material that will be made available to all partners
  • You are great at structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple challenges simultaneously and autonomously while keeping your colleagues and stakeholders in the loop
  • Your resilience and solution-focused mindset will help you de-escalate critical situations if necessary
  • You are a self-motivated, continuous learner and a strong team player
  • Being fluent in the English language is mandatory, German is also positive but not mandatory
