You are responsible for the holistic preparation of technical proposals within the specified time, cost and quality frameworks
Performing technical risk assessment of the proposed solution concept in collaboration with our product management as well as business development team
You will identify and evaluate potential risks, assess the impact on the technical solutions and initiate appropriate actions
For cost reduction in proposal processing, you review defined efficiency measures, initiate further measures and actively pursue them
You identify cost savings with subcontractors and achieve them together with our purchasing department.
You support the product management as well as business development in the execution of the functional specification with regard to the necessary requirements.
The independent (further) development, elaboration and introduction of quotation standards, in close cooperation with other stakeholders, are also part of your tasks.
Our Requirements
You have a degree in engineering, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or industrial engineering
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in technical proposal preparation
You have sound technical as well as business knowledge and have successfully demonstrated this in action on several occasions
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy taking on great responsibility when working with external partners
You work in an exceptionally structured and conscientious manner, act independently and on your own responsibility, but still prefer to celebrate successes as part of a team rather than alone
You are fluent in English and German
Sustainability is a matter of the heart for you, you like to swim in the open sea and stand not only by your successes but also by your mistakes
