Tech Coordinator

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Tech Coordinator to support our Digital Banking Experience department. In this area we are building everything that can be used by our customers all across Europe & the world - including our N26 Android & iOS apps but also our Web App. As a Tech Coordinator you will orchestrate & manage crucial tech-driven projects impacting many teams across the company. You will work mainly with tech teams but also be in close contact with stakeholders from Product, Design and Agile Coaching.

 

In this role, you will:

Work with Engineering & Product Management as well as our Agile Coaches to continuously identify and learn from our deliveries and further improve the effectiveness of our teams. You will also act as a project manager / coordinator for complex, tech-driven projects in various shapes & forms. These projects span across different delivery teams and hold strategic value that will build a strong & sustainable tech landscape. Your role includes communication, coordination, planning and leading through important meetings.

To complement this, you also ensure bottom-up initiatives to have a place in the organization, making sure individuals are able to have an impact, are valued and work in high-performing teams.

 

What you need to be successful:

You bring technical experience and have worked already in a tech-driven, customer-focused company. You have a proven track record managing large-scale projects, mastering stakeholder management and showing a solution-oriented mindset. Your passion is to dive deep into complex situations and lead them to a successful outcome. You are highly structured and organized and you know how to communicate precisely, tailored to the respective audience., You like to work with various people with different backgrounds and departments.

Background:

  • Background in (Tech) Project Management, Software Development, Quality Engineering
  • Experience managing complex, time sensitive and tech-driven projects in an agile environment
  • You worked in a large scale, multi-location company, preferably in the new economy
  • Knowledge about banking, FinTechs or payment solutions in general is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong ability to aggregate complex project information to provide a clear & concise overview
  • Experience in a fast-moving software development organization working with agile methodologies 
  • Structuring and implementing initiatives within engineering teams
  • Passionate about people and improving the environment in which they work and receive information
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate change, strategic initiatives
  • You can work autonomously and drive initiatives forward by yourself
  • Clear & structured communication towards different stakeholder groups in verbal and written form
  • Good networker and influencer with great interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Experience with agile work methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
