(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

a new member for one of our portfolio companies that is a European leader in multicultural and ethnic grocery delivery. They aim to bring people closer to their home and connect different communities to each other through the love for food.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Building and executing our high-growth talent acquisition strategy together with the founder team 
  • Providing leadership and deep subject matter expertise with the ability to coach hiring managers and interview teams through the interview process
  • Providing full life cycle, recruiting support for a wide range of roles from kick-off to hire 
  • Using a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and source top tier and diverse talent
  • Acting as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and diligently follow through for a high touch experience
  • Tracking, maintaining, and improving recruitment metrics using our ATS; providing recommendations wherever necessary for the process and flow improvements
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for a candidate to employee conversion
  • Building, developing, mentoring, and leading an amazing team to achieve hiring targets and talent goals

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, either in a hypergrowth food delivery / operations-heavy company, and/or at a global executive search firm
  • hands-on mentality to build a business from day 1 
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role quickly
  • Developing new solutions and building processes from scratch with and for our community
  • First work experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, German knowledge is a bonus
  • Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
