Your Mission
- Complex product configuration, following predefined specifications
- Technical documentation of the customers’ solution and handover to life-state
- Customer specific interface integration (API/SOAP)
- Support of international entities in complex solution design and implementation
- Supporting in-house Technical Consultants with specific solution-design
Your profile
To excel in this position, you need to have:
- A technical degree (BA+) in computer science or another related field, or a completed apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development or system integration (IHK)
- 3-5 years of working experience as consultant the field of ITK
- Very good knowledge of VoIP, UCC, cloud communications
- Knowledge in interface design (API/SOAP) and coding
- Ability to analyze complex technical situations and to present them arranged
Additionally, you have:
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken), every other language is a plus
- A fast comprehension, an analytical approach and very good communication skills
- Careful and structured working methodologies
- High motivation and enjoy teamwork
- Willingness to travel
