Your role

As Senior Product Manager (m/f/*) ​you will actively shape and refine our Product Vision & Strategy, driving the Product to make construction projects successful collaboratively. You will iterate & scale our Product to bring value for our existing customers as well as help us grow & acquire new customers.

These challenges are waiting for you: 

  • Completely own and help form our new Projects & Standards vertical - You will enable our users to define and work with standards and ensure that it’s even easier for them to set up, maintain and collaborate on construction projects inside of Capmo 
  • Prioritize opportunities in line with our Product Strategy as well as by leveraging data insights to make sure we work on what brings most value to our users and our business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Capmo to formulate and test hypotheses
  • Team up with UX/UI-Design and lead Product Discovery by validating your ideas to ensure we’re building the right things in the right way 
  • Partner with your Engineering team to deliver outstanding user experience in an agile & Lean manner - maintain & prioritize a feasible backlog and facilitate ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros and Dailies
  • Communicate achievements as well as outlooks towards the rest of the company keeping everyone updated on our Products progress

What you bring along

  • Proven track record of discovering and delivering solutions for hard user problems
  • Experience using both quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (e.g. user research, feedback) to inform prioritization and business judgements
  • Ability to execute both feature work as well as 0-1 product approaches, and deliver outstanding outcomes in a timely manner by strong prioritization, focus and by applying Lean approaches
  • Good technical understanding (e.g. architecture, technical concepts) to have productive exchange with your Engineers
  • Good attention to detail and an eye for UX/UI, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and foster great relationships within and outside of your team
  • Good German skills
