What you will do

As part of our People team, you will ensure smooth operations in all people management processes and focus on their continuous development and improvement. Your core competencies are training and employee development as well as development of the company and organizational culture.

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Create and execute individual and company wide learning & development strategies and programs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Plan and implement continued development of organizational culture and staff engagement strategies to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty
  • Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall skills to promote a healthy, collaborative, fun and equitable workplace
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Constantly analyze KPIs and derive measures for improvement
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and working on and taking over individual HR projects

What you need to succeed in this role

  • Proven experience as a L&D Manager or similar
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
  • Experience as a trainer or coach in the field of leadership development
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong business mindset
  • Ability to build a good rapport with employees and business partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Team player mentality and lots of motivation
