We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies, a B2C e-commerce company located in Hamburg. They meet customer expectations by providing a full-cycle customer journey selling complete high-quality, house-related projects bringing nature into homes.
What will keep you challenged?
- Creating job advertisements in close coordination with other departments and managing the complete recruiting process and the external partners.
- Consistently developing training initiatives such as the company academy and the Buddy Program.
- Coordinating and leading cross-functional HR projects to further develop and improve HR performance
- Facilitating development formats as well as meetings and representing HR issues internally as well as externally.
- Supporting in labor law cases and change processes.
- Ensuring professional onboarding of new colleagues as well as accounting in cooperation with Finance.
- Developing the HR KPIs and reporting together with Controlling
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Successfully completed degree or training in a relevant field
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on HR consulting, HR development acquired in startups or e-commerce companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to foresee, implement and track long-term development goals
- Solution oriented way of thinking and an Instinct to handle difficult situations and different personalities
- Hands-on mentality and good communication skills
- Full professional German and English proficiency
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Hamburg office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
