Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

A new member for one of our portfolio companies that is a European leader in multicultural and ethnic grocery delivery. They aim to bring people closer to their home and connect different communities to each other through the love for food.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Working closely with the Marketing Lead to drive the key initiatives in customer acquisition
  • Being the architect behind our viral growth loop and activate customers at every step of the lifecycle
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining our lifecycle automation strategy for every user journey
  • Collaborating with acquisition and retention teams to customize a unique relationship with local communities
  • Being ready to A/B test different strategies (e.g. Refer-a-Friend) and communicate CRM performance across teams

Which traits contribute to your success?

  • Extensive CRM marketing experience in running cutting-edge lifecycle automations in a fast paced environment 
  • Experienced in using and understanding use cases of CRM channels including push notifications, in-app, SMS and email
  • Have meaningful CRM KPIs and being able to generate insightful reports to central and local stakeholders
  • Experience in using marketing automation technology and CDPs (Braze, Mixpanel, Segment, Appsflyer...etc)
  • Fluency in English (C1) in oral and written communication
  • Fluency in German, Turkish, Arabic, or Farsi is of great advantage
  • Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
