Spryker is soaring at high speed towards global expansion! With one of our business objectives being to double down on employee base in 2022, aiming at 1000 employees by the end of the year, our Talent Acquisition and Marketing team need YOUR support!

For our ambitious growth plans, we are in need of our very first ever Spryker Global Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d) with a mission to ‘own’ the Spryker Employer Brand, building the brand people dream of working for to attract, grow and retain the best talents.

Your challenges

  • You understand and work on both sides: internal and external branding! You proactively work on co-developing and implementing innovative internal and external employer brand-building strategies, run surveys, and feed results back into our implementation and iteration phases
  • Understand Spryker inside out: Research, and work closely with the Global TA and People & Culture Team-, Business Partners, our Marketing team, brand creative, internal comms & PR, and gather customer- and employee insights to help you form a global strategy
  • Embedded within our TA team, you strive for alignment on the interface with our outstanding Marketing team: you are aware of our Marketing strategy and execution plans to dovetail in the relevant initiatives, campaigns, and projects
  • “Employer Value Proposition” is your go-to-approach: Everything you do, suggest, and implement serves further strengthening Spryker’s EVP. Gather respective C-Level input and work closely with our Global TA Lead to align business-, stakeholder- and candidate needs!
  • Employee engagement is the new EB: work on the Spryker employee journey! Push a range of initiatives and campaigns to improve every aspect of our people's experience
  • Foster our global talent pipelines: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing team internally on driving our pipeline through talent mapping, attraction strategies, and important channels such as Spryker referral program/referral campaigns
  • Drive creative and individual Employer Brand strategies: win over (passive) talents and help foster our journey towards becoming a talent magnet, with a strong focus on long-term Lead relationships. Try out all the ideas you've always wanted to try but were told were too crazy!
  • Think BIG and in talent pools: Collaborate with relevant internal (and external) stakeholders to help us grow our Spryker community across all functions - Tech and Commercial

Your profile

  • You’re absolutely passionate about innovative employer branding, stand out through sharp communication, and above all, you are daring to set new trends, rather than just following.
  • Ideally, for at least 3 years, you have excelled in fast-paced (remote) scale-up environments, in which you drove Strategic Employer Branding initiatives, and gained a great business understanding.
  • You manage to align your global Employer Branding strategy with local requirements and develop corresponding campaigns.
  • You have the unique ability to translate business goals into talent and people strategies and projects that will drive our brand and organization further towards global market expansion.
  • You love being in the driver seat of global strategy implementations in alignment with (Senior) stakeholders and cross-functional project teams, that you manage to keep in the loop proactively.
  • As a positive and empathic person you win over (potential) Spryker Leads, form brand ambassadors and employees in a heartbeat, build trust and excite the world about the Spryker herd and its story.
  • You carry the ability to understand the complexity and communicate effectively with senior executives and C-suite.
  • You are a mastermind in structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off to implementation and measuring success.
  • DE&I, global initiatives, culture ambassador/champion programs are topics that excite you.
  • You are focused on tracking your performance, and success, and know your way around essential KPIs. You like bringing ideas into developing our reporting structures!
  • You are proficient in Google Suite, and photo and video editing programs.
  • You are on a business fluent/native English and (ideally) German language level
