Your Mission

  • Supporting the Scrum team in the implementation of Scrum principles and values in the role of a Servant Leader.
  • Responsibility for Scrum process compliance.
  • Planning and implementation of Scrum implementations within the organization.
  • Design and implementation of SAFe projects and other key topics.
  • Supporting employees and stakeholders to understand and implement Scrum and empirical product development.
  • Collaboration with the Product Owners concerning product backlog management and value optimization of their product.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the effectiveness of Scrum implementation at the organizational level.
  • Protect the development team from both unwanted and disruptive external influences.

  • You are a person with an entrepreneurial mode of acting and an analytical mode of thinking.
 Your Professional Background
  • You have several years of solid relevant professional experience in a scaled agile environment as an Scrum Master (m/f/d), and experience in developing and leading of Scrum Teams.
  • Several years of professional experience as Product Owner is a plus.
  • Solid technical background in Software Development would be beneficial.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the IT industry with international and distributed teams.
 Your Skill Set
  • You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • You have a deep understanding of the major agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban or OKR, as well as proven experience in scaled approaches such as SAFe and LeSS. 
  • You have solid moderation and training skills.
  • You are comfortable using Jira and Confluence.
  • You are fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
