Your Mission
- You take on the responsibility for several business units, in which you proactively review compliance requirements, carry out risk assessments and update existing policies and processes
- You organize set up compliance trainings for our colleagues throughout the whole group and conduct them independently
- As an "all-rounder" you will advise the operative business areas on questions of day-to-day business, especially in the areas of anti-corruption, business partner due diligence, sanctions and embargoes as well as antitrust law.
- Contact person for risk management including advice on risk-relevant topics
- Collection and analysis of indicators for early risk identification and implementation of the risk inventory
- Participation in the preparation of regular risk reports and measure tracking
Your profile
- You have completed your business studies or a degree in (commercial) law or a comparable training
- You have already gained initial professional experience in the area of compliance and risk in a global company or consultancy
- You recognize economic relationships and can interpret them, think foresighted as well as process and solution-oriented
- You use your organizational abilities and implementation skills ("hands-on" mentality) to swiftly complete all tasks
- You can effectively judge and present and complex issues and break these down into understandable calls to action
- You are characterized by motivation, initiative, independence and an open-mindedness towards new things
