Continuously steering and improvement of the existing release process
Support by managing, cooperating and alignment with all stakeholders on Release Management process execution
Support by develop, measure, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and design and generate metric reports
Support the development team to keep the release process and project on schedule
Work closely with the Sion development team on a daily basis
Our Requirements
Technical degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering
3+ years experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
Taking and driving ownership, showing initiative and problem solving attitude
Ability to negotiate effective terms and conditions between internal/external or across internal parties
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Sustainability is close to your heart, you like swimming in the open ocean and stand by your successes and mistakes
