Your Responsibilities

Are you that rare breed of detective that finds candidates when others give up? Are you the company ambassador that stands out? Do you have a keen eye for process optimization and improvement? Welcome on board.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) who can support in realizing our ambitious growth goals. This position requires taking end-to-end ownership of recruitment roles while working independently and with lots of freedom in your field.

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our various roles, from the job description to final offer
  • Partner with hiring managers and their teams to define strategies on how to attract the best talent
  • Challenge hiring managers and their teams on best practices, candidate market realities, and the best way to reach the hiring target
  • Assure the best recruitment experience for both the candidates and the hiring managers
  • Work closely with our international HR team to improve existing programs and share best practices
  • Create and analyze recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with the leadership team and hiring managers

Your ideal background and skillset

  • You have several years of in-house experience in recruitment, ideally in a tech work environment
  • You are proactive, believe in connection before collaboration and you like working as part of an (awesome) team
  • Eager to dive into the unknown and understand both business' and candidate's needs
  • You are open-minded and willing to explore new ways
  • You don't give up until there's a solution - which one? You will drive it
