Your Mission

The technical product ownership and the technical project management entail in detail:

  • You serve as link, to connect product management and our development teams
  • Definition and management of requirements, priorities, tasks, creation of milestones, planning of test, beta phases and releases.
  • Guiding the collaboration of product management and development teams (development, QA, UI/UX) and operations, to reach the best possible goals
  • Coordination and communication of your own projects
  • Preparation of reportings and presentations of those projects to stakeholder within product management

Your profile

To excel in this position, you need to have
  • A technical degree (BA+) in Applied Computer Science in Business or a comparable STEM subject
  • 3+ years of working experience as technical project manager and / or product owner in an international and agile environment
  • The ability to understand complexity, to reduce it data driven and to present it in a condensed format
  • A broad technical understanding about software development, to support your work in general
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Prior experience in cloud and / or VoIP area are desirable
Additionally, you are:
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Able to communicate facts and circumstances to different audiences, trenchantly.
  • Communicative, a good listener and do not hesitate to ask questions
  • Able to apply your agile mindset appropriately, without becoming assertive
  • Empathic, you know human nature and enjoy structured thinking

Your Team

You will be part of a team of product owners. You will closely be working together with the development teams and own the work prioritization as well as the backlog. Just as close, you’ll be working together with the product managers and align with them in regard to the roadmap and product planning. As part of the product owner team you’ll be responsible for coordination between all product development teams and for an aligned planning and development across all development teams
