Your tasks

  • Manage and optimize campaigns for acquisition and other defined KPIs for PaidSocial (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest), Criteo and Outbrain
  • Collaborate with platform partners like Facebook, Pinterest, Smartly, Criteo, Outbrain to ensure our marketing goals are met and stay updated about innovative products
  • Work closely with our Content & Production team (designers and copywriters), handle creative briefings and share learnings
  • Compile data across the several tools you’ll manage and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to be automated, A/B test these and roll out the improvements

Your profile

  • You have relevant working experience within the field of performance marketing / Paid Social.
  • You have worked with Criteo and Pinterest, Outbrain is a plus.
  • You have tested a variety of ad formats (Newsfeed + RHS, Carousel, Collection Ads, Stories, DPA, etc) on paid social channels.
  • You have experience working with and optimizing bidding, targeting and audience management, as well as working with Smartly.
  • You possess good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
