Define our strategy on marketing automation and growth technology to enable your fellow marketing team members from a technical perspective to achieve the goals in generating and qualifying leads.

Your challenges

  • Understand our existing platform landscape and how to optimize it
  • Act as the main administrator of Hubspot and other marketing technology products. You might also perform administrative duties in other products, such as Salesforce
  • Integrate and onboard new services/systems/tools into the Marketing Stack
  • Selection, technical management, and configuration of systems and infrastructure (CRM, Marketing Automation, Website, and other Martech tools/systems, etc.)
  • Enable our Marketing team to run their clever campaigns by leveraging the latest technologies and automation
  • Work closely with performance & email marketing to ensure a smooth data transfer
  • Power marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics
  • Work closely together with our BI team to have in-depth reports created
  • Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
  • Instill a customer-centric mindset, with an eye towards innovation

Your profile

  • You have 1+ years of experience working in a B2B Marketing organization, with a preference for B2B SaaS experience
  • 3+ years experience working with GA and GTM
  • 3+ years experience working with Hubspot (or other marketing automation platform) - workflows (Salesforce, Salesloft, Zapier, Google Tag Manager)
  • You have deep expertise in utilizing APIs and webhooks
  • You have familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and Chrome developer tools
  • You can show a proven history of working with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent attention to detail
