Key Account Manager

At Yilu - the first start-up founded by the Lufthansa Group - we want to change the way people travel. Our goal is to revolutionise the entire travel process, from the point of departure to the final destination, to provide customers with a connected, convenient and enjoyable experience while creating new growth opportunities for travel companies. To achieve this, we are developing a smart end-to-end travel platform that connects selected travel, mobility and service providers along the travel chain.  

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our motivated Commercial team in Berlin.

What you’ll be working on
- [Relationship] Be the Yilu point of contact (POC) towards Enterprise Partners and build, maintain and grow relationships and make sure very regular meetings happen.
- [Network] Establish and leverage existing network (within the corporate group and outside) to connect relevant stakeholders to Yilu and facilitate business relationships and knowledge transfer;
- [Alignment] Be part of a cross functional team  that includes product and engineering for syncing with Enterprise Partners when handing special requests.
- [EP Requests] Document and prioritize Enterprise Partner requests so those can be transformed into requirements in the cross-functional teams;
- [EP Discovery] Participate in Enterprise Partner workshops  in order to gather needs & discuss resulting product features or customization requests;
- [EP Cross-selling] Promote the expansion of services/categories with existing Enterprise Partners;
- [Research] Participate in industry-related research on complex strategic topics for internal decision-making;
- [Reporting] Provide regular and internally aligned reports to our Enterprise partners and provide actionable background information to them to the partner;
- [Lobbying] Understand and be an ambassador for the YIlu vision, strategy and roadmap;

What you’ll bring along
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Minimum 4 years of successful account management or customer success experience.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and preferably have past experience working with reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to represent Yilu externally in a highly professional way.
-Curious, detail oriented and possesses analytical skills with the ability to empathize with our customer groups.
-The love for the customers well being and positive experience with Yilu's product Independent, highly motivated and a desire to grow within a collaborative, inspiring teamwork environment.
-English is a must, German is a big plus.

- Experience in the travel industry
-Prior experience in e-commerce, online travel and digital services
