Investor Relations Manager (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

  • Regular, compliant and correct financial reporting to the capital market according to listing requirements (US listing) 
  • Handling of all IR activities, including annual general meeting, investor meetings, roadshows & conferences, etc.
  • Improvement of investor targeting and structure as well as strengthening / increasing analyst coverage
  • Elaboration of the equity story on a content & strategic level and other IR presentations
  • Development and structuring of ESG capital market communication together with the sustainability team
  • Internal / external communication alignment with PR and Legal team 
  • (Independent) Planning, management and execution of financing projects (capital increase, convertible loans, (venture) debt, asset financing, etc.)

Our Requirements

  • Degree (Bachelor / Master) in business, corporate communications, finance (or similar subject) or any qualifications, that make you equally suited for the position
  • Work experience in investor relations of at least 3-5 years as well as US listing knowledge 
  • Finance, controlling, investment or related background recommended
  • Individual network in the investment and private equity community as well as experience in fundraising is a plus
  • Fast thinker, flexible to adapt to changing/new external or internal requirements, self-starter
  • Very strong OFFICE skills with detailed knowledge of Word, PPT, Excel, G-Suite
  • Strong communication skills (excellent command of English, written and spoken; German and other languages is a plus)
