sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a senior manager to lead our strategy and growth team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING ...

  • In-house consulting: Work directly with our CEO senior leadership teams to execute and monitor transformation projects to increase sennder’s competitiveness on core organisational and process projects.
  • Venture development: Identify, build MVPs, and realise “needle-moving” growth drivers, such as new business verticals, monetization streams, and market expansions.
  • Strategic partnerships: Build and facilitate strategic partnerships with industry players to drive sennder’s growth in particular and the industry’s digital adoption in general. Our Poste Italiane JV is a good example.

PREFERABLY YOU ARE ...

  • Experienced in leading a strategy team, with at least six years in a strategic and corporate development focused environment
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams to realise company-wide milestones through indirect leadership
  • Experienced in project coordination, business process, and change management
  •  A strong communicator and able to engage and collaborate across all levels 
  • Experienced in a high-paced environment like strategy consulting, investment banking or technology firms
