Position
Circ is looking for a Head of Logistic to lead the supply chain of our scooters in Europe. You will collaborate with a dynamic group of individuals from a variety of departments to ensure that our scooters fulfilling their purpose in improving the lives of their users. You will get to hire and lead a team of talented individuals, while defining the logistics strategy, defining standards and processes for our operations teams.
Responsibilities
Own the supply chain department and be a leader for the team
Set the strategy of our supply chain and execute it
Represent the Logistic department with other internal departments
Make sure that scooters arrive at the right destination in time
Negotiate and contract with an external logistics provider
Coordinate processes with the Chinese manufacturing team
A hell yes attitude towards tackling challenges
Requirements
5+ years of Logistic management experience, better if in Automotive or similar industry
Excellent communicative and leadership skills
Knowledge of European logistics market, better if worked with Chinese teams
Ability to travel internationally and domestically
University degree in Engineering or Economics (MBA preferred)
