Your Mission

The GTM Strategy Associate Manager supports important projects with high importance to our company with a focus on go-to-market (GTM) under the auspices of the CEO and supervision of the Head of Strategic Projects. This is an exciting opportunity for generalists with a GTM focus who want to learn how to scale and expand a start-up.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for our business
  • Plan our go-to-market to achieve successful entry to new markets 
  • Engage leads and customers to validate our ideas
  • Develop strategic partnerships in new markets 
  • Align cross functional teams for a smooth market entry, e.g. legal, marketing, sales
  • Tightly collaborate with our product team in the roadmap process
  • Create compelling presentations and robust Excel models 
  • Hold engaging and empathetic stakeholder meeting and workshops
  • Conduct project management, e.g. defining work packages, project plans, stakeholder meetings

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in a start-up, strategy consultancy, VC, or corporate strategy, or related
  • Combine robust quantitative skills with an empathetic personality and well developed communication skills
  • Not afraid talking to senior management or clients 
  • Strong team player with low-ego personality 
  • High personal ambition level with “getting things done” mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1-level); German a plus but not required 
  • Advanced Excel/GSheets skills; experience with statistics/SQL/BI software a plus 
  • Advanced PPT/GSlides skills; experience with presentations to senior stakeholders a plus  
  • Ideally understanding of product development/management and interviewing techniques 
  • Graduate from a top-tier university in business or related field
  • Living in Munich or willing to relocate
