Your tasks

We are looking for talented individuals to support our Finance team!

If you are a motivated, curious and detail oriented teammate with strong accounting knowledge and the interest in actively shaping structures and processes in a a fast-growing start-up company, then our role as Senior Accountant (m/f/d) could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

  • As Senior Accountant (m/f/d) you will execute and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (DATEV-based)
  • You will monitor daily accounting operations, and take over responsibility of accounts and statutory accounting
  • You are in charge of the accounts payables A/P and accounts receivables A/R end-to-end process
  • You will structure financial processes, policies, and internal controls and contribute to maintain them
  • You will ensure compliance with HGB and other professional, legal and regulatory rules and standards
  • You will help improving existing financial reporting with a focus on increasing efficiency, improving data quality, and increasing leadership visibility into company financials
  • The Lead Accountant will guide you to become an expert in SAP ByDesign in order to take the Accounting of inveox to the next level

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or you completed a commercial training e.g. as Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Accountant (m/f/d) or comparable
  • You bring along several years of progressive accounting/finance experience
  • You are an expert for accounts payables A/P and accounts receivables A/R
  • You are familiar with HGB and German Tax regulations
  • You have a great sense of responsibility, discretion and an independent way of working
  • You are open-minded and like to communicate and cooperate with the other inveox Talents to find the right answers to the challenges ahead
  • Also, you should have an organizational talent, motivation to expand and share your knowledge, and have strong analytical skills as well as the ability to research issues, prepare analysis and recommend viable solutions
  • You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and like to learn new skills from our Excel geeks
  • You are fluent in German and feel comfortable to communicate in English
