Our Demand Generation Marketing team is growing fast along with our growing lead & customer base, seeking support in building out the strong, communicative bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Product.

Your challenges

  • You are the main contact person between our Marketing team and your local team, in particular liaising between Sales and Demand Generation for all growth and field campaigns and activities
  • You adapt global marketing strategy to local needs and standards
  • You execute local events in strong alignment with our core events team
  • You manage local agencies for events when needed
  • You support strategic marketing frameworks like personas or competitor marketing researches
  • You discover and settle lead generation possibilities with appropriate media agencies, and brief and organize marketing material for this
  • You align on social media communications, paid social activities, and paid search campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing managers
  • You draft or support email copies for mail campaigns with local requirements, including localization
  • You drive the development of content briefings based on sales input and local research
  • You work independently on topics that you see a need for and bring them to the rest of the team’s attention
  • Help us gain an edge: Always be up-to-date and know first about commerce trends and developments in your region

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, and bring 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on field marketing in a B2B environment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a natural problem-solver and bring a good understanding of driving demand generation in alignment with sales
  • You are used to working with KPIs
  • You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and exchange learnings and best-practices collaboratively
  • Your written and spoken English skills are of native standards, ideally supported by additional languages you’re fluent in e.g. in French, German or other languages
