The CRM area is specialized in empathy with our customers. It's relentless in analyzing data, studying behaviors, understanding the marketplace and turning all insights into CRM campaigns that change the lives of our stakeholders and impact our business metrics.

As Our CRM Life Cycle Analyst, You Will

    • Map our stakeholders' journey to identify opportunities for improvement with CRM, Products and Marketing strategies.
    • Develop campaign strategies mixing data insights, research, benchmarking and competitive analysis.
    • Measure the results and effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Interface with tech areas to ensure the development of Salesforce features that meet business needs.
    • Do Project management.


You'll Be Great Fit For This Position If

    • You have a strong understanding of channels and communication (SMS, in-app push, email)
    • You are comfortable with CRM metrics.
    • You are a heavy user of Excel.
    • You have a structured approach to ambiguity and strong analytical skills
    • You enjoy doing A / B test.
    • You are fluent in English and Spanish - you'll be part of a truly global organization!


It will be a plus if you have familiarity with SQL, Marketing Cloud and Tableau.
