About the job...
- We are looking for a good communicator who is willing to learn and develop
- You will have daily contact with customers per email and over the phone
- Your main task will be providing our customers with the necessary support both for queries and mainly for their claim assessment
- You will handle simple claims as screen damages up until total damages, thefts and complaints
- You like working independently and are up for new challenges
What we're looking for...
- You have experience in customer support and any previous experience in insurance or any related field is a plus
- You can communicate customer-related facts to our customers in a comprehensible and convincing manner, both orally and in writing
- You work in a customer-oriented manner

You speak German and Enlgish with fluency

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools

You are a resident in Berlin
- You have a commercial or comparable degree is a plus
