What you will do
In your role as Chief of Staff at HOLOPLOT, you work alongside and directly with our CEO. From day one, you will have an immediate impact on strategic and operational topics, driving key projects autonomously across the business. You will be involved in critical issues and facilitate efficient decision making, ensuring that your contribution will have a lasting impact on the success of HOLOPLOT.
More concretely your tasks will be
- Driving business strategy, from its inception to seeing through of its operational implementation
- Building and shaping the organization further towards efficiency, productivity and greatness, through proactive improvements and deep engagement with respective business unit leaders
- Working with the CEO in direct reporting line together on key value drivers of the business, support and structure decision making as well as steering of the business
- Responsibility for the creation of detailed concepts, presentations, decision memos and KPI reports
- Supporting all functions of the business with relevant input, prioritizing decisions and resolving issues on behalf of the leadership
- Serving as a sounding board and sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team
What you need to succeed in this role

Experience
- Several years of relevant experience proving the ability to understand and navigate successfully in complex environments such as in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Leadership Roles or as a Founder
- Working with/for high performing Executives and Leaders in various fields
- Working in a highly dynamic environment, with unstructured processes and moving targets

Personality
- High IQ & EQ, with the ability to analyze complex situations quickly
- Outstanding communication skills, empathy and the competency to manage a wide range of personalities
- An extremely diligent character with highest degree of detail to the work performed
- Confidence to challenge the CEO and other stakeholders

- Ability to quickly zoom in down to the bottom of details and out to the big vision depending on the context and needs
- Skillfulness to convince and negotiate smartly with others in order to achieve the desired outcome
