Automotive E/E DVP Engineer (f/m/x)

Your Tasks

  • You will be part of our innovative E/E team, actively and responsibly shaping a future where every car is electric and shared
  • Review and analyse product requirements in order to design and develop testing artifacts
  • Provide input to R&D teams on missing requirements
  • Develop DV /PV plan in compliance with Sono processes and test standards
  • Develop project test schedule, and timing plans and use to track all testing deliverables
  • Manage all testing and interfaces with external laboratories to ensure all tests and their results are executed & reported properly
  • Perform data analysis on test results and present to the development teams
  • Design, develop, and deploy validation testers, load boxes etc. to perform environmental and/or EMC testing for various products
  • Identify required instrumentation to successfully execute the planned test
  • Support the design and development of test infrastructure hardware and software including load boards, sensors and actuators in partnership with electrical, mechanical software and EMC engineering teams

Our Requirements

  • Technical university degree, preferably in Informatics, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant experience regarding the responsibility activities for automotive electronics serial development projects add experience with DFMEA and DVP&R processes
  • Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Video Scope etc. and extensive knowledge of CAN Diagnostic Tools and Simulation Equipment
  • Capable of developing requirements-based test plans for electrical systems and of performing vehicle and system level validation
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IEC Standards, HIL procedures and equipment as well as configuration management, project monitoring and control techniques
