Notre Mission est d'aider les villes à devenir autosuffisantes dans leur production alimentaire en éliminant les déchets et en réduisant l'impact environnemental.

En tant qu'InFarmer, vous serez sur la route pour entretenir nos fermes hydroponiques et verticales!

Vous vous occuperez de la récolte et de la plantation dans nos systèmes de culture IdO hautement performants. Vous ferez part de vos observations sur votre travail de manière proactive et vous aiderez à améliorer les processus et le déroulement des opérations. La capacité à interagir avec les clients et les autres InFarmers, à rester flexible, proactif, inventif et efficace, avec un grand professionnalisme et un grand respect de la confidentialité, est essentielle.

Pour résumer, voici les missions quotidiennes de nos agriculteurs urbains, aussi appelés Field grower (35 heures par semaine):

• Récolter et planter nos plantes INFARM sur les sites des clients tous les jours de la semaine (livraison des plantes aux différents points de vente/magasins qui vous sont assignés), avec 1 ou 2 journées par semaine sur notre site à Villeneuve-La-Garenne
• Maintenir et représenter nos exigences de qualité alimentaire sur les sites des clients avec les responsables Fruits et légumes de chaque magasin
• Vous assurer que nos fermes et nos points de ventes sont impeccables
• Faire part de vos retours de manière continue sur les plantes, les fermes et les sites des clients
• Réunions, Activités post-récoltes, Retours
• Faire part de vos retours constructifs et de manière continue à votre manager
• Participer de manière proactive aux réunions d'équipes et aux ateliers

Profil recherché : nous sommes fait l’un pour l’autre si : 

• Vous avez un esprit d'équipe hors pair avec une très bonne capacité d’adaptation !
• Vous avez le permis B et une voiture, et faire de la route ne vous dérange pas
• Français courant, anglais aussi idéalement
• Une première expérience de travail ou d'études dans l'agriculture, la filière végétale ou botanique est un plus
• Vous êtes autonome, proactif/proactive et vous aimez travailler dans un environnement qui évolue avec son temps !

Responsibilities:

• Harvest, plant and package infarm plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to our clients with minimal food waste
• Interact with customers, providing top-notch customer service
• Protect the health of our plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the farms squeaky-clean
• Report on harvest records and plant issues using our internal infarm app
• Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to infarm guidelines
• Ensure daily invoicing of infarm customers
• Maintain current marketing materials on  farms in customer locations
• Perform basic maintenance of farms when needed  
• Follow workflow and schedule
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation and guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and working visa
• Fluent in French
• A passion for plants, sustainability or nutrition 
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye and caring for cleanliness
• Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
• Experience working in a retail environment or in customer service is an asset
