We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies in Berlin's FinTech-sector which is modernising the industry with a mobile-only application that makes financial investments accessible to everybody.
What will keep you challenged?
- Becoming an expert for anti-money-laundering (AML) and compliance matters
- Having a variety of tasks including the detection and investigation of suspicious transaction behaviour as well as executing the daily AFC operations processes
- Examining and improving the AFC Operations team's workflows
- Being part of our portfolio companies AFC Operations team
Which traits contribute to your success?
- A bachelor's degree in business management or similar fields is a must; or professional background with multiple years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in the field of anti-financial crime, risk and/or compliance is a plus
- Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and outstanding analytical skills
- A quick understanding of new subjects and a willingness to learn
- Stress resistant and think in terms of solutions, not problems - even under heavy workloads you remain positive and supportive of your colleagues
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Berlin based or open to relocate
